Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, the removed URL and a good-faith statement. We may forward notices to the original complainant as required by law.

Content on third-party platforms

For material on the JerkHub platform or any other site, contact that site’s own designated agent; we cannot remove content we don’t host.

Repeat infringers and misrepresentation

We may remove access for repeat infringers. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may carry legal liability.
